Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During high-volume drops, restocks, or limited releases, processing times may take a little longer.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.


TRMMS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or any circumstances outside of our control.


Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Returns

All sales are final due to the limited nature of our drops. We do not accept returns for the wrong size, change of mind, or accidental orders.


Exchanges or store credit may be approved only if you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged/defective product. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original condition to be eligible for review.


If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions. TRMMS reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy.
